How to copy an Attribute to another Project Version or Domain

Description

An Attribute within a Domain can be copied to the same Domain and renamed, copied to a Domain within the same Project, or copied to another Project within GenRocket.

How to Copy an Attribute

  • Select the Attribute to view it within the Attribute Dashboard.
  • Click on the Copy button.
  • Select a Project Version and/or Domain from the drop-down menus within the dialog window. For this example, the Attribute will be copied to a Domain within the same Project Version.
  • If you will be copying the Attribute to the same Domain, you will need to change the name of the Attribute.
  • Click the Save button to finish.
  • The Attribute will appear within the selected Project Version and Domain, as shown below:
